How to reach the people who maintain this index.
The most useful messages we get are corrections. If an entry describes a property inaccurately, or a hotel has changed in a way the text no longer reflects, tell us and we will fix it.

Email editor@bereviyests.com. One person reads that inbox and replies to most things within a few working days. There is no phone line and no live chat, which we mention only so nobody goes looking for one.
What we can help with
Factual corrections to any entry. Questions about why a property is or is not listed. Requests from hotels that would like to be considered for one of the four categories — these are read, though inclusion is never sold and never guaranteed. Press and syndication enquiries about the writing itself.
What we cannot help with
We cannot make, change, confirm or cancel a reservation, and we have no access to any hotel's booking system. We cannot answer questions about rates, availability, loyalty points or on-property services. Every one of those belongs with the hotel directly.
Before you write
If your message is about a specific entry, naming the hotel and quoting the sentence in question makes the correction considerably faster.
