Terms

By reading Bereviyests you accept the following, which we have tried to keep to a length a person will actually read.

Editorial index, not an agent

This site is an independent editorial index. It is not a travel agency, a booking platform or a representative of any property described. No reservation can be made here, and no page on this site constitutes an offer of accommodation.

Accuracy and change

Hotels renovate, rebrand, change ownership and close. Seasonal properties in particular exist only part of the year. Entries are written carefully and updated when we learn something has changed, but details should be confirmed with the property before you rely on them.

Content

The writing on this site belongs to us. Quote it with attribution; do not republish entries wholesale. Hotel names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the properties described.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. We accept no liability for loss arising from decisions made on the basis of these pages, or from dealings with any property listed, including anything that happens during a stay.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be revised. The version published here is the one that applies.
